NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM PROPERTY Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: 0 Scales Rd according to the present system of numbering properties in Gwinnett County Georgia, having Tax Parcel ID # R7237 065 and being further described as follows: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 237, 7th District, Gwinnett County, Georgia within the Corporate Limits of the City of Suwanee, shown and delineated by plat of survey of Hayes, James & Associates, June 13, 1969, as Tract Two, formerly property of Acme Holding Company, as per plat recorded at Plat Book S, Page 153, Gwinnett County Georgia Records, which plat is incorporated into and made a part hereof by reference. Less and Except the land described in the Warranty Deed recorded at Deed Book 5271 Page 282, Gwinnett County Georgia Records and land described in the Warranty Deed recorded in Deed Book 5410 Page 4 Gwinnett County Georgia Records.
