Notice of Sale Under Power. State of Georgia, County of GWINNETT. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by ERUM BASARIA to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.
