Notice TO: ALL PERSONS HAVING ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN OR LIEN UPON THE BELOW DESCRIBED PROPERTY. Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land fronting 300 feet 6 inches on First Street and 125 feet on Central Avenue (now known as Old Central Avenue) and being the west ? of Block 5 in that certain subdivision known as Winona Heights and lying and being in the City of Fitzgerald, Ben Hill County, Georgia, as shown by the revised plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 3, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Ben Hill County, Georgia, and including Lots 4, 5, 10, 11, 12, 13 and the west ? of Lot 3 in said Block 5 of said subdivision, and being further described as follows: beginning at the northeast corner formed by the intersection of Central Avenue (now known as Old Central Avenue) with First Street and which point is the southwest corner of said Lot 5, and from this beginning point, thence run north along the east margin of First Street 300 feet 6 inches to Central Avenue (now known as Old Central Avenue); thence west along the north margin of said Avenue 125 feet to the point of beginning. Said property is known as 111 First Street according to the system of numbering in Fitzgerald, Georgia. Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 2nd day of August, 2017. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of March, 2016, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Ben Hill County, Georgia, in Deed Book 894 at Page 236, and later a corrective tax sale deed was issued at the same tax sale date and recorded in Book 917, Page 16, to correct the legal description contained in the original sheriff's tax deed to include Lot 13 instead of Lot 14. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 2nd day of August, 2017, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Hall, Williamson & Hart, P.C., 216 N.
