NOTICE OF
FORECLOSURE SALE
GEORGIA, MARION COUNTY
By virtue of Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed from H. JEFFERY FULLER, JR. AND JENNIFER L. FULLER to E. D. TALBOT dated January 9, 2012 recorded in Deed Book 202 Pages 130-134 of the records of Clerk of Superior Court, Marion County, Georgia, with Assignment to CRYSTAL VALLEY HOMES, LLC dated May 15, 2014 and recorded in Deed Book 215, Page 697 of the records of Clerk of Superior Court, Marion County, Georgia. Said Security Deed being given to secure a note of even date in the original principal sum of FORTY-THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($43,500.00) there will be sold by the undersigned before the courthouse door in Marion County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in June, 2017, the following described property, to-wit:
Which has the property address of 4795 GA Hwy 240 N., Box Springs, GA, 31801.
The debt secured by said security deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for then purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorneys fees.
Said property will be sold as the property of H. JEFFERY FULLER, JR AND JENNIFER L. FULLER subject to ad valorem taxes and/or assessments and other liens of record, if any.
