NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM To: ISABELLA HARRIS Take notice that: Tamarisk, Inc. is foreclosing upon the right to redeem the following described property, to-wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 271, 5th Land District, City of Alma, Bacon County, Georgia, being Lot 12 and is more particularly described on a plat by W. Payne Copeland dated June 8, 1981, and recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 184, Clerk of Superior Courts Office, Bacon County, Georgia, and said plat is incorporated herein by reference for all purposes. Map and Parcel # A16 00B 032 The right to redeem will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 20th day of July, 2017. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of February, 2016, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Bacon County, Georgia, in Deed Book 533, at page 63.
