NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM Magy-J Inc., c/o Daniel F. Bridgers, LVNV Funding Inc. Assignee of Wachovia Bank c/o Roger D. Howard, Celso Esparza, Ronald H. Espinoza Clar, Richmond County Tax Commissioner and Pioneer Credit Co. TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All and only that parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 134-2010- 00-0, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia, being Lot 8, Block L, Apple Valley Subdivision, Section II , shown in Deed Book 32-M, pages 913-918, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, described in Deed Book 1370, page 1388, known as 3477 Jonathan Circle. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 10th day of July, 20 17. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 4th day of August, 2015, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 01496, at page 1349.
