Notice of Service by Publication In the Superior Court of Jackson County State of Georgia Civil Action File No. 17-CV-378-M Stephen Schultheis, Plaintiff-Petitioner v. Dylan Wilbanks, as Administrator of the Estate of Lula Nell Gaddis, William R. Sotter, as Administrator of the Estate of Johnnie Lou Griggs; All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the, 1765th (Porter's) District, G.M., Jackson County, Georgia, more Particularly described according to a plat prepared by H.L. Dunahoo, Surveyor, on March 6, 1959, recorded in the Office Of the Clerk of Superior Court of Jackson County, in Plat Book 3, page 234 and said plat and the description therein is Incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this description. For a more detailed description to said tract, reference is hereby made to said plat as recorded; as well as ALL OTHER PARTIES OR ENTITIES, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY ADVERSE RIGHT, TITLE, OR INTEREST IN THE SUBJECT PROPERTY Defendants-Respondents. Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 9-11-4(f)(1)(C), this NOTICE of Service by Publication in the matter of Stephen Schultheis, Petitioner v. Lula Nell Gaddis Estate, et al. with the case number noted above. Service by publication is hereby made upon: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 1765th (Porter's) District, G.M., Jackson County, Georgia, more particularly described according to a plat prepared by H.L. Dunahoo, Surveyor, on March 6, 1959, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jackson County, in Plat Book 3, page 234, and said plat and the description therein is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this description. The Subject Property are the same Property described Tax Sale Deeds recorded at Deed Book 70Z, Pages 92-93. Service by Publication is further being made upon all Other Parties or Entities, Known or Unknown, Who Have or Claim any adverse Right, Title, or Interest in the Subject Property (collectively, the “Respondents”) as Respondents, Civil Action Number: 17-CV-378-M, in an Action to Quiet Title currently pending before the Honorable Currie Mingledorff, in the Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia. Said action was filed on April 18, 2017, and the Order granting Petitioner's Motion for Service by Publication was granted on April 24, 2017. Consequently, the Respondents are hereby given NOTICE that they are commanded to file with the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jackson County and serve upon Petitioner an answer to said petition within 60 days from the date of the Order for Service by Publication.
