Foreclosure of Right of
Redemption
Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Jackson, City of Commerce. One lot in Johntown located on Ridgeway Road and Radio Street on the East side same. Beginning on the corner of Ridgeway Road and Radio Street, the same being the corner of Jessie Deadwyler Lot No.3 and extending with her line in Northeastern direction 270 feet to her corner of front lot, thence with Jim Wallace line 60 feet to his rear corner and Charles Cochran's corner; thence parallel to first line 190 feet to stake Radio Street, thence with Radio Street 93 feet to the beginning corner, containing 14,520 feet or 1/3 of an acre.
Property Parcel No C17-000-100-000
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 1st day of July, 2017.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 5th day of August, 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 69C, Page 790.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 1st day of July, 2017, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Blasingame, Burch, Garrard & Ashley, P.C., Attention: Alvin L.
