NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM To: Doris M. Hope, Francis Jerryl Futch, their heirs and assigns and to any person claiming an interest in the property described herein: John Collier, Jr. hereby gives Notice that he intends to forever foreclose the right of redemption on that tract or parcel of land known as: All and only that parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 045-3-379-00-0, lying and being in the City of Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia, being described in Realty Reel 483, Page 1027, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 1728 Wrightsboro Road. The right to redeem said property will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 30th day of April, 2017. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of March, 2016 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Deed Book 01522, Page 1934.
