NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM To: Ollie A. Key, Sadie Chambers Key, Martha Carroll, Connie Key Kersey, their heirs and assigns and to any person claiming an interest in the property described herein: Robin C. Webb hereby gives Notice that she intends to forever foreclose the right of redemption on that tract or parcel of land known as: All and only that parcel of land, with improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 086-3-103-00-0, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia, being Tract B, shown in Realty Book 22-B, Page 235, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, described in Deed Book 10, Page 1429, known as 2153 Bungalow Road. The right to redeem said property will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 31st day of May, 2017. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 3rd day of June, 2014 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Deed Book 1442, Page 1423.
