NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, GLYNN COUNTY THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given Timothy Lowell Waggoner to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as nominee for Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp., dated November 18, 2004, recorded on November 19, 2004, in Deed Book 1551, Page 327 Glynn County, Georgia Records, and as last transferred to Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, by assignment to be recorded in Glynn County, Georgia Public Records, and conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of Eighty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Seven and 00/100 Dollars ($88,707.00) with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in June, 2017, the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 26th G.M. District in Glynn County, Georgia, and being a portion of that property which at one time constituted the Glynco Naval Air Station, which lot is more particularly described and identified according to a plat of survey entitled ?WAVELY PINES SUBDIVISION, PHASE II?, by George P. Underwood, Jr., G.R.L.S. No. 1927, dated September 21, 1976, and recorded in the public records of Glynn County, Georgia, at Map Drawer 14, Map Number 547, as LOT 664 of said Phase II of said Subdivision. For further description and identification of said lot, reference is made to that certain plat of survey by Georgia P. Underwood, Jr., dated September 28, 1976, a copy of which is attached to a warranty deed dated May 27, 1977, from A.G. Proctor Company, Inc. to Stephen H Morris and Linda L. Morris, and recorded in the public records of Glynn County, Georgia, in Deed Book 19-R, Page 458. Tax ID: 03-00824 PROPERTY ADDRESS: 664 Mitscher Drive, Brunswick, GA 31525 The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
