NOTICE TO BAR RIGHT OF REDEMPTION To: Ave Cleghorn, Jean Cleghorn and all persons who may have an interest in 2106 Union Street. TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: Parcel ID #: 01-03623 All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia, which are designated and identified according to the well known maps and plan of said city as New Town Lots 1292 and 1293, the said lots lying together and joining one body of land with dimensions of 60x90 feet and being more particularly described according to said maps and plan of the City of Brunswick as follows, to wit: Commencing at a point on the easterly line of Union Street, a distance of 90 feet northerly (measured along the said easterly line of Union Street) from the point of intersection of the easterly line of Union Street with the northerly line of "K" Street; and thence from said initial point running northerly along the easterly line of Union Street for a distance of 60 feet; thence at right angles to said last described line running easterly for a distance of 90 feet to the westerly line of a ten foot alley; thence at right angles to said last described line running southerly along the westerly line of said ten foot alley for a distance of 90 feet to the point or place of beginning; on the easterly line of Union Street will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 1st day of June, 2017. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the April 7, 2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, in Deed Book 3427 at page 117.
