PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES ISLANDS PLANNING COMMISSION The Glynn County Mainland Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at 6:00 PM at the Historic Courthouse, 701 "G" Street, Brunswick, Georgia to consider the following: ZM3463 - LaQuinta Del Sol: consider a request to amend the Planned Development (PD) text for Capital Square, formerly known as Courtney Cove. The purpose of this request is to, among other things, increase the maximum building height from 60' to 66', make the Glynn County Zoning Ordinance, Section VIII (Signs) the applicable sign regulations for the property, to amend the 10' buffer requirements to add the language "unless such buffers are waived by the Mainland Planning Commission at the time of site plan approval", and update the agent information. ZM3491 - The Peninsula at Golden Isles: consider a request to amend the Planned Development (PD) text for The Peninsula at Golden Isles, for all of the property, consisting of approximately 3,343.8 acres, currently known as The Peninsula at Golden Isles. The purpose of this request is to, among other things, change the name of the developed subdivision to "The Lakes at Longwood", add an additional use to provide a broader range of amenities to the development, and recognize the conservation easements placed on portions of the development to note that the number of dwelling units remaining within the Peninsula Project is 1,312 development units. This property consists of 219 parcels located off of Buck Swamp Road, shown on a subdivision plat of The Peninsula at Golden Isles Phase I, recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 323. James A.
