NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. COUNTY OF GLYNN STATE OF GEORGIA By virtue of the Power of Sale contained in the Deed to Secure Debt from JAH, INC. to FNB SOUTH, N.A., dated June 17, 2005 recorded in Deed Book 1698 Page 162-166, Clerks Office, Glynn County, Georgia, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door at Glynn County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in May, 2017, the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Glynn County, Georgia and described upon a survey under seal of Norman G. Blood, GRLS Number 2360, dated November 1, 2000, and described thereupon as ALL OF "PARCEL A" AND "PARCEL B". Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commence at the intersection of the Southerly right of way line of the I-95 off ramp with the Southerly right of way of US Highway 17(a 365 foot right of way) as revealed on said plat; thence South 65 degrees 26 minutes 21 seconds East a distance of 876.89 feet to the point of and place of beginning of the land hereby conveyed; thence from said beginning pint South 65 degrees 26 minutes 21 seconds East a distance 200.12 feet a point marked by a 1/2 inch rebar; thence South 24 degrees 33 minutes 39 seconds West a distance of 57.96 feet to a point; thence South 65 degrees 26 minutes 21 seconds East a distance of 2 feet to a point; thence South 24 degrees 33 minutes 39 seconds West a distance of 50 feet to a point; thence North 65 degrees 26 minutes 21 seconds West a distance of 2 feet to a point; thence South 24 degrees 33 minutes 39 seconds West a distance of 64.87 feet to a point to a point; thence South 75 degrees 30 minutes 35 seconds West a distance of 81.52 feet to an 1/2 inch iron pipe; thence North 35 degrees 54 minutes 23 seconds West a distance of 99.71 feet to an 1/2 inch iron pipe; thence North 65 degrees 28 minutes 25 seconds West a distance of 50.03 feet to an 1/2 inch pipe; thence North 24 degrees, 33 minutes 8 seconds East a distance of 175.07 feet to the point and place of beginning of the land hereby conveyed found on the southerly right of way of said U.S. Highway 17. Reference is hereby made to said Blood Plat, a copy of which is recorded in Deed Book 725, Page 13, Glynn County, Georgia Records, for all purposed allowed by law. Property Address:Highway 17 S., Brunswick, GA Map and Parcel # 03-10188/03-11056 Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a note dated June 17, 2005 in the original principal amount of $786,422.00 with interest from date at the rate as specified therein The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of among other possible events of default, failure to pay in accordance with the terms of said notes. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of the sale, including attorneys fees.
