TO: ESTATE OF CHARLES J. KING, Administrator, Michael J. King, Jr, and any unknown heirs of ESTATE OF CHARLES J. KING.
By Order of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County for service by publication dated March 7, 2017, you are hereby notified that on October 6, 2016, LONG RIVER INVESTMENTS, INC. filed a petition to quiet title against the subject property known as a tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 101, 6th District, Gwinnett County, Georgia, delineated by a plat of survey in Plat Book L, Page 281, Gwinnett County Records, and identified as 608 Cole Drive, Lilburn, Gwinnett County Property Record Card showing Tax Map and Parcel R6101 001A; and Estate of Charles J. King, The Brand Banking Company, Wells Fargo Bank, NA (Inc.), Tenant/Occupant/Resident, Unknown Heirs and Assigns of Estate of Charles J. King, and all other parties, known or unknown, who have or claim any right, title or interest in the subject property
You are required to file with the clerk of the Superior Court, and to serve upon petitioners attorney David A. Basil, LLC, 301 Bradley Street Suite B-7, Carrollton, Georgia 30117 an answer in writing within sixty (60) days of March 7, 2017.
Be further advised that you will lose all rights, interests, and claims to which you should or could be entitled to make within this action, as a matter of law, to the subject property, and will receive no further notice nor be entitled.
