Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by OSEI BAAH AND YOLANDA D BAAH to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. (MERS)AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN FINANCIAL CORP., AN OP.
