NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, RICHMOND COUNTY By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from MICHAEL J. MITCHELL AND SONYA A MITCHELL to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR QUICKEN LOANS, INC., dated December 31, 2009, recorded January 22, 2010, in Deed Book 01246, Page 1876, Richmond County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of One Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Two Hundred Two and 00/100 dollars ($186,202.00), with interest thereon as provided for therein, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned and transferred to BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the Richmond County Courthouse, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in March, 2017, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: TAX ID NUMBER(S): 140-0-536-00-0 LAND SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF RICHMOND IN THE STATE OF GA.
