STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF RICHMOND Take Notice that: NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM The right to redeem the following described property, to-wit: TRACT ONE: All that lot, tract or parcel of land, with ALL improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the 123rd G.M. District of Riclunond County, located on the Southern side of Lazenby Drive, on which said lot fronts a distance of 60 feet, more or less, and extends back a Southerly distance between parallel lines a distance of 145 feet, more or less, to a rear width of 60 feet, more or less. The Western boundary of said lot at Lazenby Drive is located, when measured along the Southern side of Lazenby Drive, 180 feet, more or less, from the Southeast intersection of Lazenby Drive and Stephens Street. Said lot is known and designated on a plat of property prepared for Oellerich in June 1946, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Book 16K, Page 340, as Lot No. 27, to which plat reference is made for metes, bounds and location. Said lot is known and designated on a plat of property prepared for Oellerich in June 1946 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Riclunond County, Georgia in Realty Book 16K, Page 340, as Lot No. 26 to which plat reference is made for metes, bounds and location. Tax, Map, and Parcel Number: 087-1-125-00-0 Will expire and forever be foreclosed and barred on and after the 1st day of May 2017. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 4th day of February 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1429 at Page 642.
