HUTCHENS to NEWTON FEDERAL BANK (in the original principal sum of $137,000.00) dated December 10, 2008, secured by a Security Deed of even date therewith recorded in Deed Book 2670, pages 599-610, Newton County Records, modified by Modification Agreement - Security Deed dated November 9, 2012 and recorded in Deed Book 3068, pages 196-198, aforesaid records and further modified by Modification Agreement - Security Deed dated December 29, 2015 and recorded in Deed Book 3399, pages 236-238, aforesaid records; and the entire indebtedness having been declared due and payable as therein provided, under the powers contained in said deed and in accordance with the terms thereof, there will be sold on the courthouse steps in said county at public outcry, during the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in April, 2017, to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 230 of the 9th Land District of Newton County, Georgia, being Lot 97, Unit 3, of The Woods of Dearing Subdivision as per plat recorded in Plat Book 35, pages 91-93, Records of Newton County, Georgia, which plat is by reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof. Notice of the initiation of this proceeding has been given to DONNA LYNN PAGE, EXECUTOR OF THE ESTATE OF THOMAS JACKSON HUTCHINS, JR., DECEASED, as required by Georgia Laws 1981, p. 834 (O.C.G.A.
