gpn14 HS Foreclosures NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF LIBERTY Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained with that certain Security Deed dated April 16, 2004, from Robert Taylor, Jr. and Virginia Thompson-Taylor to Wells Fargo Financial Georgia, Inc., recorded on April 28, 2004 in Deed Book 1231 at Page 179, Liberty County, Georgia Records, having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust by Assignment and said Security Deed having been given to secure a note dated April 16, 2004, in the amount of $109,640.00, said note being in default, the undersigned will sell at public outcry during the legal hours of sale before the door of the courthouse of Liberty County, Georgia, on April 4, 2017, the following described real property (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"):ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE 17TH G.M.
