Medina-Rivera to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as Nominee For 1st Choice Mortgage/Equity Corporation of Lexington, recorded on June 5, 2010 in Deed Book 344 at Page 77, Long County, Georgia Records, having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to Bank of America, N.A. by Assignment and said Security Deed having been given to secure a note dated May 27, 2010, in the amount of $138,139.00, and modified by Loan Modification Agreement recorded on October 6, 2015 and recorded at Book 451, Page 213 Long County Georgia Records, and said note and Loan Modification Agreement being in default, the undersigned will sell at public outcry during the legal hours of sale before the door of the courthouse of Long County, Georgia, on April 4, 2017, the following described real property (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"): ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE 24TH G.M. DAVIS, GEORGIA. REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR NO. 1436.
