Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Jon M. Baker and Jennifer D. Baker to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for SunTrust Mortgage, Inc., dated August 31, 2005, and recorded in Deed Book 547, Page 0481, Bryan County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for SARM 2006-1 by assignment recorded on October 11, 2016 in Book 1239 Page 0193 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bryan County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of Three Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand and 0/100 dollars ($332,000.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Bryan County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on April 4, 2017, the following described property: ALL that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Bryan County, Georgia, and being known as LOT FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE (523), CHASTAIN PARK, BUCKHEAD-PHASE 21, according to a certain plat of survey entitled "Chastain Park, Buckhead- Phase 21, Lands of DB&B, LLC, 20th G.M.D., Bryan County, Georgia", dated May 10, 2004, prepared by Southeast Georgia Surveying & Mapping, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bryan County, Georgia, in Plat Slide 539, Pages 1 and 2.
