gpn14 BC Foreclosures STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF BRYAN NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER Because of a default under the terms of the Security Deed executed by Dynelle Pierre and Erika Stephanie Pierre to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for USAA Federal Savings Bank, its successors and assigns dated March 24, 2011, and recorded in Deed Book 983, Page 0313, Bryan County Records, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, securing a Note in the original principal amount of $273,762.00, the holder thereof pursuant to said Deed and Note thereby secured has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said Deed, will on the first Tuesday, April 4, 2017, during the legal hours of sale, before the Courthouse door in said County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said Deed, to-wit: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Bryan County, Georgia, and being known and designated as Lot 90, Redbird Creek Subdivision, Phase 3, as shown on the map or plat of said Subdivision recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bryan County, Georgia, in Plat Slide 383, Page 6. Said property is known as 25 CSS Nashville Lane, Richmond Hill, GA 31324, together with all fixtures and personal property attached to and constituting a part of said property, if any.
