Bradford and Trina Bradford aka Trina Evette Bradford to Queensborough National Bank and Trust Company, recorded on May 19, 2006 in Deed Book 612 at Page 362, Bryan County, Georgia Records, having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust by Assignment and said Security Deed having been given to secure a note dated May 5, 2006, in the amount of $312,000.00, and said Note modified by Loan Modification Agreement in the amount of $332,279.26 recorded on January 31, 2011 at Book 973, Page 307, Bryan County, Georgia Records, and said note and Loan Modification Agreement being in default, the undersigned will sell at public outcry during the legal hours of sale before the door of the courthouse of Bryan County, Georgia, on April 4, 2017, the following described real property (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"): ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN BRYAN COUNTY, GEORGIA DESIGNATED AS "1.85 AC."
