Ellis to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Pine State Mortgage Corporation filed in Deed Book 330, Page 561, Long County, Georgia records, conveying the after described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $144,337.00; with interest thereon as set forth therein, last transferred to U.S. Bank National Association by Assignment filed for record in Deed Book 427, Page 92, Long County, Georgia records, as corrected by Corrective Assignment filed for record in Deed Book 444, Page 141, Long County, Georgia records, there will be sold at a public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Long County, Georgia, between the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in April 2017, by U.S. Bank National Association as Attorney-in-Fact for Tanarius L. Ellis, the following property to-wit: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 1756th G.M. District of Long County, Georgia, being known and designated as Lot No. 25 (Revised), Burnt Pines Subdivision, Phase I, as shown and represented on that certain plat of survey made and prepared by Joe P. Davis, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 1436, bearing a survey date of October 12, 2004, and a plat date of October 24, 2004 and being recorded in Plat Section 16, Folio 63, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Long County, Georgia, said plat by specific reference is made a part hereof for descriptive and all other purposes.
