("MERS") AS NOMINEE FOR GEORGIA BANK & TRUST COMPANY OF AUGUSTA, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS , dated 05/25/2012, and Recorded on 06/01/2012 as Book No. 387 and Page No. 397 414, LONG County, Georgia records, as last assigned to WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.
