gpn14 HS Foreclosures STATE OF GEORGIA LIBERTY COUNTY NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Rose Mary Short Harden to The Heritage Bank, dated August 15, 2013 filed for record August 27, 2013, and recorded in Deed Book 1792, Pages 734-747, Liberty County, Georgia Records, said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated August 15, 2013 in the original principal sum of FIFTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTEEN and 50-100ths DOLLARS ($50,816.50), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Liberty County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in April, 2017, the property described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Exhibit A All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Hinesville, 1458th GMD of Liberty County, Georgia and being designated as Parcel No. 19 on a plat of the lands of Mary L. Caines, prepared by A.G. Wells Jr., Liberty County Surveyor, on February 8, 1968, recorded in Plat Book 5, page 64, Clerk's Office, Liberty County, Georgia, which plat is specifically incorporated herein for all purposes. This conveyance is made subject to that certain 10' drainage easement as shown and represented on the above referred to Plat of Survey. Also subject to those certain restrictive covenants as recorded in Deed Book 115, pages 208-209, in the office of the Clerk of Court of Superior Court, Liberty County, Georgia. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees.
