Notice of Sale Under Power GEORGIA, COLQUITT COUNTY By virtue of Power of Sale contained in Security Deed from Franke Starling and Bobbie Starling, to Needam Carver and Linda Carver, dated February 9, 2009, and recorded February 12, 2009, in Deed Book 1032, Page 0472, Colquitt County Records, said Security Deed being given to secure a Note dated February 9, 2009 in the original principal amount of $80,700.00, with interest from date at the rate provided in the note on the unpaid balance until paid; there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door in Moultrie, Colquitt County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in April, 2017, the following described property: Lot 5 in Garden Villa subdivision in Land Lot 292 in the 8th Land District of Colquitt County, Georgia, as shown by a plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 45, Colquitt County records, and being known as 1716 5th Ave., SE, according to present numbering system for the City of Moultrie. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of non-payment on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees.
