TAKE NOTICE THAT MICHAEL CARL BRYANT HAS THE RIGHT TO REDEEM THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO WIT:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 81, in the 6th District and 4th Section of Chattooga County, Georgia and being the same property as surveyed by Morrison and Associates Surveyors on February 9, 2001 and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a -inch rebar located on the Northwest right of way of West Penn Road, said rebar being 514.27 feet Northeast as measured along said right of way from the Southwest corner of Land Lot 81; thence from said beginning point North 74 degrees 18 minutes 17 seconds West 272.25 feet to a -inch rebar located on the West line of Land Lot 81; thence North 01 degrees 19 minutes 53 seconds east 80.04 feet to a inch rebar; thence leaving the West line of Land Lot 81 South 82 degrees 55 minutes 33 seconds East 193.01 feet to a inch rebar; thence South 60 degrees 13 minutes 41 seconds East 49.72 feet to a 3/4-inch rod; thence South 58 degrees 20 minutes 08 seconds East 96 feet to a inch rebar located on the Northwest right of way of West Penn Road; thence along said right of way South 45 degrees 39 minutes 13 seconds West 78.73 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Said property being improved property with a residence erected thereon and containing 0.64 acres, more or less.
As described in Deed Book 439, Page 665 & Deed Book 368, Page 597. Further described as Map & Parcel 579.
The Right to Redemption will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 4th day of April, 2017. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated November 3, 2015 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Chattooga County, Georgia, in Deed Book 647, Page 681.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 4th day of April, 2017, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 9933 Commerce Street, Summerville, GA 30747.
