TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ESTATE OF HECTOR ROBERT SCHUNIOR, AND ALL HEIRS KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, HAS THE RIGHT TO REDEEM THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO WIT:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 284, 25th District and 3rd Section of Chattooga County, Georgia and being a 10 acre tract, more or less, on Johns Mountain and more fully described as follows:
Beginning at a point 510 feet East of where the East side of Dry Creek Road intersects with the East side of Dunaway Gap Road; thence running Northeasterly up the mountain along the West side of the meandering of Dunaway Gap Road 1700 feet, more or less, to a point; thence running Southeasterly along the West side of the Dunaway Gap Road 1700 feet more or less, to a point; thence running West 1000 feet, more or less, to a point on the East side of Dunaway Gap Road, said point is the point of beginning.
The Right to Redemption will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 4th day of April, 2017. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated July 7, 2015 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Chattooga County, Georgia, in Deed Book 643, Page 330.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 4th day of April, 2017, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
