Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Todd A. Hall and Phyllis M. Hall to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Guild Mortgage Company, a California Corporation, its successors and assigns dated 10/16/15, recorded in Deed Book 10087, Page 2, and re-recorded in Book 10301 Page 185, Columbia, County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Guild Mortgage Company, a California Corporation by assignment recorded in Deed Book 10747, Page 53, Columbia County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $201,286.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified check only before the courthouse door of Columbia County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on April 4, 2017, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT, LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA , COUNTY OF COLUMBIA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 46, BLOCK A, SECTION ONE, THE VILLAGES AT RIVERSHRYE SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN UPON A PLAT RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF COLUMBIA COUNTY, GEORGIA IN PC "B", SLIDE 186 #10-#12.
