STATE OF GEORGIA ) ) NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE COUNTY OF COLUMBIA ) OF RIGHT TO REDEEM Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land, with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in Columbia County, Georgia, being known as Lot 21, Sugarcreek Subdivision, Section 1, as shown on a plat prepared by William R. Gore professional land surveyors, RLS#2502, for John W. Purper IV and Lesley Purper, dated September 20, 2006. Said plat being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Columbia County, Georgia at Plat Cabinet F, Slide 12#4 incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this description. Reference being made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description of the metes, bounds and location of said property. Tax Map and Parcel No. 068 205 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 7th day of April, 2017. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 3rd day of August, 1999, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Columbia County, Georgia, in Deed Book 2307 at page 230.
