STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF RICHMOND NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to-wit: All that lot or parcel of land, with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Richmond, being shown and designated as Lot 18, Block B, Peach Orchard Hills Subdivision, as shown on a plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Reel 22-D, Pages 384-385. Reference is hereby made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to the metes, bounds and location of said property. Will expire and forever be foreclosed and barred on and after the 23rd day of March 2017.
