NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM [REF. O.C.G.A., Section 48-4-5 et seq.; 48-4-45 & 48-4-46] TO: GISELA MARTHA STROUD and her Unknown Heirs at Law RAYMOND STROUD JR. OLIVER V. RAINEY LYNNE RILEY, in her Official Capacity as Commissioner of the GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE OCCUPANT OF 2049 FERNWOOD CIR AND ALL PERSONS KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HAVING ANY RIGHT, TITLE INTEREST IN, OR LIEN UPON 2049 FERNWOOD CIR RE: FORECLOSURE OF EQUITY OF REDEMPTION FOR TAX SALE DEED (REF. O.C.G.A. 48-4-45, 46) Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred as of five o'clock (5 p.m.) on and after March 14, 2017 or 30 days after legal service of the Notice pursuant to OCGA 48-4-45 et seq., whichever date is later: ALL THAT LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF RICHMOND, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 14, BLOCK G, SECTION III, FERNWOOD SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN UPON A PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN REALTY BOOK 29-H, PAGES 146-147, TO WHICH PLAT REFERENCE IS HEREBY HAD FOR A MORE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION AS TO METES, BOUNDS AND LOCATIONS OF SAID PROPERTY. That property known as 2049 FERNWOOD CIR according to the present system of numbering homes and having tax parcel identification number 1101090000. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated October 6, 2015, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Deed Book 1506 Page 60.
