NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF FANNIN TO: All Persons and entities known or unknown who may claim an Interest in property known as Tax parcel 00320971 Ellis Ford Road Rd, Morganton, GA 30560 in accordance to O.C.G.A. 48-4 TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract of parcel of land lying and being in Land Lots 216 217, of the 8th District and 1st Section, of Fannin County, Georgia and being designated as Lot No. 10 of Deep Valley Development, containing 3.40 acres, more or less and being recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 232, in the Office of the Clerk of superior Court of Fannin County. Further described as Map & Parcel 00320971. Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 28th of February of 2017.
