NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION STATE OF GEORGIA/ COUNTY OF FANNIN TO: All Persons and entities known or unknown who may claim an interest in the Fannin County Property with tax Parcel 005086A03 on Timberlake Rd, Blue Ridge GA, further described below TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in land Lots 102, 103 and 114, of the 8th District, 2nd Section, of Fannin County, Georgia and being more particularly described as being Tract Number 51, as shown by a plat of Timberlake Estates, Plat #2, by Dugger Kiker, R.L.S. No. 1551, which plat is recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 55, Clerk's Office, Fannin County, Georgia, which plat is incorporated herein and made a part hereof for a more complete description and reference thereto should be made for the metes and bounds of said property. Said Tract containing 2.29 acres, more or less. There is herein reserved a road right of way 40 feet in width as shown on the plat of survey referred to and reserve the right to grant an easement for electric and other utilities. Said property being subject to the Restrictive Covenants recorded in Deed Book 105, Pages 404-406, Fannin County, Records. Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 28th of February of 2017. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the day of June 2nd, 2015 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Forsyth County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1131 at pages 812-813.
