UNDER POWER
STATE OF GEORGIA
COUNTY OF MARION
On, January 23, 2015 James Griner and Brooke Meadows executed a Security Deed to Gaddy Developments, Inc. to secure a Note of even date for Nineteen Thousand Dollars ($19,000.00). Said Security Deed was recorded in Deed Book 223, Page 265 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Marion County, Georgia.
By virtue of the Power of Sale contained in the said Security Deed, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, before the Courthouse door in Buena Vista, Marion County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in March, 2017, the same being March 7, 2017, the following described property:
All of that tract of land designated as Lot 13,14,15 and 16 containing 6.23 acres, more or less, in Land Lot 217 of the 11th Land District on a plat, a copy of said plat being recorded in Plat Book I Page 34 in the office of the Clerk of this Superior Court of Marion County, Georgia.
The entire debt, principal and interest, secured by said Security Deed and Note has been and is hereby declared due and payable because of nonpayment thereof. The remaining debt being in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale.
Said property will be sold as the property of James Griner and Brooke Meadows and is subject to any and all outstanding ad valorem taxes, liens, assessments, easements and/or restrictive covenants appearing of record, if any.
