NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF FANNIN TO: All Persons and entities known or unknown who may claim an Interest in property known as Tax parcel 0024100B 15 Alamo Trail Morganton, GA 30560 In accordance to O.C.G.A. 48-4 TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 8th District, 1st Section, Land Lot 247, of Fannin County, Georgia, containing 2.749 acres, more or less, as shown on a plat of survey by Rochester & Associates, Inc., dated November 5, 1998 and recorded in Fannin County Records in Plat Hanger A-463, Page 5. Said plat is incorporated herein, by reference hereto, for a full and complete description of the above described property. Subject to roadway easement shown on the plat. LESS AND EXCEPT: All of that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 8th Land District and 1st Section, in Fannin County, Georgia, being in Land Lot 247 and being more particularly described as shown on the survey and plat made of the above described property, dated the 21st day of December, 2000, that was prepared by Lane S. Bishop and Associates, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 1575. Said parcel being identified as 0.32 acres, more or less. The aforesaid plat is recorded in Plat Hanger C-70, Page 7, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court for Fannin County, Georgia. The aforesaid recorded plat is hereby made a part of this petition by reference thereto for a more complete description of the above described property. LESS AND EXCEPT described in Deed Book 386, page 469, Fannin County, Georgia Records. Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 28th of February of 2017. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the day of June 2nd, 2015 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Forsyth County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1131 at pages 802-803. The property may be redeemed at any time before the day of February 28th, 2017 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Blue Crystal GLA, LLC, 140 Old Alabama Pl, Roswell G 30076.
