Reference Tax Parcel 0026D0271E, Fannin County, GA Johns Ridge Rd, Blue Ridge GA 30513 NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION STATE OF GEORGIA/ COUNTY OF FANNIN TO: All Persons and entities known or unknown who may claim an Interest in the above listed property: TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 9th District, 2nd Section, Land Lot 129, of Fannin County, Georgia, being described as Lot 44, containing 1.78 acres, more or less, of Phase No. 2, of Sosebee Land and Homes "Upper Madola Creek Division", as shown on a plat of survey by Phillip G. Allen, G.R.L.S. No. 2495, dated November 1996 and recorded in Fannin County Records in Plat Hanger A-470, Pages 3-4. Said plat is incorporated herein, by reference hereto, for a full and complete description of the above described property. Being and intended to be the same property conveyed by Warranty Deed with Rights of Survivorship, dated August 18, 2000, for Robert L. Sosebee in favor of William C. Hurley and Wandy F. Widner and recorded in Fannin County Records in Deed Book 365, Pages 231-32. Being and intended to be the same property conveyed by Warranty Deed (with Rights of Survivorship), dated November 12, 1999 from J Ross McCain in Favor of William C. Hurley and Wandy F. Widner and recorded in Fannin County Records in Deed Book 341, Pages 709-10. William C. Hurley departed this life on March 29, 2002, a resident of Fannin County, Georgia. Being and intended to be the same property conveyed by Warranty Deed, dated March 3, 2006, from Wanda F. Widner-Allen in favor of Mickey Ray Bryant and recorded in Fanning County Records, in Deed Book 703, Pages 205-207. SUBJECT TO all easements, restrictions and rights-of-way as shown on plat recorded in Fannin County Records in Plat Hanger A-30, Page 6 and Plat Hanger A-470, Pages 3-4.
