MTMAN, LLC, Petitioner,
vs.
CECIL B. KNOTT, and all persons unknown who claim or might claim adversely
to all and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 3050A
013, lying in Land Lot 41 of the 11th Land District, 2nd
Section, Gilmer County, Georgia, containing 1.450 acres, more or
less, being Tract 19, shown in Plat Book 6, Page 41, the description
contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference,
described in Deed Book 222, Page 12, known as 443 Apple Country
Lane. Respondents,
NOTICE OF SUMMONS
TO: Cecil B. Knott and Timothy R. Knott, Executor of the Estate of
Marie Estella Knott, a/k/a Marie E. Knott, and as the Executor of
the Estate of Cecil B. Knott and all persons unknown who claim or
might claim adversely to certain lands in Gilmer County, Georgia,
located in Land Lot 41, 11th District, 2nd Section of Gilmer County,
more fully described in Deed Book 222, Page 12, Gilmer County
Records.
You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking to quiet
title against all the world in certain real property located in
Gilmer County was filed against you in said court on December 8,
2016 and that by reason of an order for service of summons by
publication entered by the court on January 18, 2017, you are hereby
commanded and required to file with the clerk of said court an
answer to the complaint within thirty (30) days of the date of the
order for service by publication.
