STATE OF GEORGIA NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM COUNTY OF RICHMOND Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that lot or parcel of land, with improvements thereon, situate, lying, and being in the State of Georgia, County of Richmond, and being known and designated as Lot No. 10, Block K, Section II, of Georgetown Estates Subdivision, as shown on a plat prepared by D. L. Printup, Jr., dated September 9, 1968, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Book 36-B, Pages 553-558, reference being made to said plat for the exact metes, bounds, and location of said property. Said property is commonly known as 3402 Dexter Court, Augusta, Georgia 30901. Tax Map and Parcel #: 108-0-232-00-0. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 25th day of February, 2017. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of October, 2015, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1506 at page 67.
