MARCHANT to MORTGAGE INVESTORS CORPORATION dated March 5, 1999, filed for record March 11, 1999, and recorded in Deed Book 807, Page 456, NEWTON County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to CITIMORTGAGE, INC. by assignment recorded in Deed Book 3166, Page 616, NEWTON County, Georgia Records. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated March 5, 1999 in the original principal sum of SIXTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($60,260.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at NEWTON County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in February, 2017, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 89 OF THE 10TH DISTRICT OF NEWTON COUNTY, GEORGIA BEING LOT 4, OF THE COUNTRY WOODS SUBDIVISION, PHASE ONE, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 59 OF NEWTON COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, WHICH PLAT IS INCORPORATED AND MADE A PART HEREOF BY REFERENCE.
