Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Kenneth E. Swiger and Antoinette S. Swiger to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for First Community Mortgage, Inc., dated December 28, 2012, and recorded in Deed Book 402, Page 149, Long County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to First Community Mortgage Inc by assignment recorded on December 7, 2016 in Book 458 Page 134 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Long County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of Seventy-One Thousand Five Hundred and 0/100 dollars ($71,500.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Long County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on February 7, 2017, the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 1756th G. M. District of Long County, Georgia, being known and designated as Lot No. 81 and Lot No. 81 A, contained in the aggregate 1.0 acre, more or less, Davenport Acres, Phase 3, as shown and represented on that certain plat of survey made and prepared by Joe P. Davis, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No, 1436, bearing a survey date of May 17, 2006 and a plat date of May 24, 2006, and revised May 30, 2006, and being recorded in Plat Book 17, folio 154, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Long County, Georgia, said plat by specific reference is made a part hereof for descriptive and all other purposes.
