gpn14 HS Foreclosures STATE OF GEORGIA LIBERTY COUNTY NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Cecil L. Bush, Jr. to Launa Seymore dated June 8, 2010, recorded in Deed Book 1647, Page 195 Liberty County Records. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated June 8, 2010, in the original principal sum of FIFTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and 00/100'ths DOLLARS ($57,500.00), with interest from said date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Liberty County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in February, 2017, the property described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Exhibit A All that certain lot tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 1458th G.M. District of Liberty County, Georgia, being known and designated as Lot No. 33 Hunter's Branch Subdivision, Phase 3, as shown and represented on that certain plat of survey made and prepared by Joe P. Davis, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 1436, dated February 7, 1996, and recorded in Plat Section K-28, Page 1, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Liberty County, Georgia, said plat by specific reference is made a part hereof for descriptive and all other purposes, said Lot of land being bounded, now or formerly as follows: Northerly by Lot No. 32, Easterly by Lot No. 19 and lot No. 18; Southerly by Lot No. 34; and Westerly by the right of way of Retrievers Way, all as shown on the referred to plat of survey. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees.
