gpn14 HS Foreclosures STATE OF GEORGIA LIBERTY COUNTY NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Quinnco Hinesville, LLC to GrayTybee II, LLC, GrayTybee III, LLC, Pannell Properties, II, LLC and Pannell Properties, III, LLC dated December 26, 2012, recorded in Deed Book 1754, Pages 718-725. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure an Unconditional Guarantee dated December 26, 2012, in the original principal sum of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR and 00/100'ths DOLLARS ($2,975,384.00), with interest from said date at the rate stated in the underlining obligations on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Liberty County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in February, 2017 the property described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Carpenter, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2979, which plat of survey is recorded in Plat Section O-82, Page 4AB in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia, and which is by express reference incorporated herein. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, default on the underlining obligations in the Unconditional Guarantee. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees.
