QUINTANILLA and PETER PAULINO QUINTANILLA A/K/A PETER P. QUINTANILLA to WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. dated May 10, 2012, filed for record May 21, 2012, and recorded in Deed Book 1052, Page 582, BRYAN County, Georgia Records. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated May 10, 2012 in the original principal sum of FOUR HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($411,500.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at BRYAN County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in February, 2017, the following described property: THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE LYING AND BEING IN THE 20TH G M DISTRICT, BRYAN COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 741 HAMPTON SUBDIVISION, PHASE 3, BUCKHEAD, PHASE 26 AS SHOWN ON THAT CERTAIN MAP OR PLAN OF SAID SUBDIVISION RECORDED IN PLAT DRAWER 560, PAGE 7, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF BRYAN COUNTY, GEORGIA, TO WHICH EXPRESS REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE FOR A MORE PARTICULAR DETERMINATION OF THE METES BOUNDS AND DIMENSIONS OF THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
