TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the described property at 1964 Green Gables Trace, Buford, GA 30519, (Tax Parcel R3003B042), as follows, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Duncans G.M.D. No. 1749, Gwinnett County, Georgia, being Lot 167, Block C, Huntington West, Phase Two, Unit One, per plat recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 124, dated 3/12/92 and re-recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 209, dated 8/5/92, Gwinnett County Records, which plat is incorporated herein by reference. As described in Deed Book 10731, Page 149. Further described as Map Parcel R3003B042.
Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 30th day of January, 2017.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of December, 2015 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia, in Deed Book 54020, Page 726.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 30th day of January, 2017, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: David A. Basil, LLC, 301 Bradley Street, Suite B-7, Carrollton, Georgia, 30117.
