The right to redeem the following described property, to wit will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred as of five oclock (5 p.m.) on and after February 7, 2017 or 30 days after legal service of the Notice pursuant to OCGA 48-4-45 et seq., whichever date is later:
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 144 OF THE 6TH DISTRICT, GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA, CONTAINING 2.297 ACRES, MORE OR LESS AND SHOWN AS PARCEL C ON A PLAT OF SURVEY ENTITLED SURVEY FOR GOBER ESTATES, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE 67, GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, REFERENCE TO WHICH PLAT IS MADE FOR THE PURPOSE OF INCORPORATING THE SAME HEREIN, SO AS TO GIVE A MORE COMPLETE AND PARTICULAR DESCRIPTION.
That property known as 000 MIMOSA DRIVE according to the present system of numbering homes and having tax parcel identification number R6144 517.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated December 1, 2015, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia in Deed Book 54020 Page 682.
The property may be redeemed on or before the time and date stated above by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
