THIS IS A PORTION OF THE SAME TRACT OF LAND CONVEYED TO D.W. LANGSTON BY J.W. DICKSON BY DEED, DATED DECEMBER 23, 1946 AND RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 81, PAGE 555, GWINNETT COUNTY RECORDS. That property known as 316 PADEN DRIVE according to the present system of numbering homes and having tax parcel identification number R5017 495. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated December 1, 2015, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia in Deed Book 54020 Page 706.
