NOTICE OF JUDICIAL FORECLOSURE BY ORDER OF THE COURT
Pursuant to an Order of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County entered on December 12, 2016 against Defendant Carol Ann Crawford and the other named Defendants (Civil Action Number 16-A-06450-2) and issued by the Honorable Debra K. Turner, the Sheriff of Gwinnett County will on the first Tuesday in February, 2016, during the legal hours of sale at the courthouse door of Gwinnett County, Georgia, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash the following property in satisfaction of said Order:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM UNIT IN LAND LOT 282 OF THE 6TH DISTRICT OF GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND BEING IDENTIFIED AS UNIT 1005, TOGETHER WITH ITS APPURTENANT PERCENTAGE OF UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF GLENLEAF, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III, AS DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR GLENLEAF, A CONDOMINIUM, DATED OCTOBER 29, 1984, AND RECORDED NOVEMBER 1, 1984 AT 11:28 A.M. IN DEED BOOK 2906, PAGES 512-589, GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, AS AMENDED BY THAT CERTAIN FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION FOR GLENLEAF, A CONDOMINIUM, DATED FEBRUARY 11, 1985, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 2975, PAGE 62; AS FURTHER AMENDED BY SECOND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION FOR GLENLEAF, A CONDOMINIUM, DATED JULY 10, 1985, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 3092, PAGE 462, GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, AND AS-BUILT SURVEY FOR GLENLEAF, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III, DATED MAY 16, 1985, PREPARED BY PLANNERS AND ENGINEERS COLLABORATIVE (ROBERT L. WHITE, GEORGIA REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR) RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 187 AND 188, AFORESAID RECORDS; SAID AS-BUILT SURVEY AND DECLARATION INCLUDING ANY AND ALL RECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS WELL AS ANY OTHER PLANS APPLICABLE TO SAID CONDOMINIUM UNIT PREPARED BY NILES BOLTON ASSOCIATES, INC., ARCHITECTS AND PLANNERS DATED JANUARY 9, 1984, LAST REVISED JUNE 17, 1985, AND FILED IN CONDOMINIUM CABINET NO. 1, AS PART OF SAID DECLARATION IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA, ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REERENCE AS A PART OF THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY CONVEYED HEREBY; BEING ALL OF THE PROPERTY CONVEYED TO GRANTOR BY VIRTUE OF THAT CERTAIN AUGUST 26, 1985 LIMITED WARRANTY DEED FROM GLENLEAF PROPERTIES, INC., RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 3138, PAGE 652, GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA SUPERIOR COURT RECORDS.
